Exclamation Ports are blocked

Whenever I'm trying to download via torrent i find that all my ports are blocked...
I've tested through a lot of torrent clients and its not a software problem..... I have a dynamic IP and broadband connection of 2 MB/s....I'm Using XP SP2...

Please guys help me out........

This sounds like your Firewall is blocking. What Firewall do you have? e.g. do you use a free software program like ZoneAlarm or Comodo or even the one in Windows? Or, do you rely on the one in your router?

One other thing tho, is you ISP blocking bit torrent - some may.

I use Comodo.....But without doing anything they are working again....Dunno how....
