So, Tiger is out in 3 days, what do you guys think of it?

I don't know much about Mac's or the software, but I know Apple is having some problems with a pending lawsuit from TigerDirect.com in regards to the name Tiger...

hmm... didn't know that.

I purchased Tiger and got it yesterday, but I will not be installing it until the 10.4.1 update, because I hear there is some "unpleasant" problems with it now.

One main one for me is ftp apps acting up, so DreamWeaver might stop being able to upload for me, which = not good!

I think I read there is a work around for the issue, not sure though..

14.1 came out now, so I think I will install this weekend!

Sure, I think I will get to installing this weekend, but this is my last week of school, so I am having 2 parties this weekend. But I will get to it sometime soon though.

I have installed Tiger, and everything has been working perfectly for 5 days, 2 hours, and 54 minutes at the time of this post (that is my uptime since I installed Tiger.)

I did a clean wipe and install, backing up all my stuff first by cloning the main HD onto the external HD. I put all my stuff back in (only the things I needed), so I cleaned out a lot of junk also.

Tiger is great, Dashboard is useful and fun (I put pacman in there). Spotlight is not lightning fast like I expected, but it works well, and very more thoroughly and faster than the old search feature.
