How can I find out if my motherboard can support dual core?

I think I have an intel desktop motherboard D101GGC. It came with an emachines w3502 desktop computer. Does this motherboard support dual core processors? Is LGA775 and 800 or 533mgz FSB all I need to know to see if the motherboard supports the processor? I'm not good with computers so I don't know what these terms mean.

From what i can see your mobo does not support Core Duo cpus. The best site for motherboard information is motherboards.org

Follow this link for your mobo specifications:-
