Hi

I am having a hp printer which is 3 years old. I tried to take a print out but failed. I re-connected the printer with the computer but of no use.

We need more details such as:

Model number of printer
Which interface used - Parallel or usb?
Are latest drivers installed? freely available from HP United States - Computers, Laptops, Servers, Printers and more

You should be able to get the printer to do a self test print or if an inkjet to do a nozzle clean test. Do any of the inbuilt tests work?

Exactly what is happening?
