Can someone tell me where i can find high quality web building softwares,

I am new to web design and want to host an ecommerce site,

currently i dont have any knowledge in web design or web development, can any one help on this issue?

Hi there,
I am a web design hobbyist...I use
Dreamweaver. It has what it calls a
design mode that you can use without
knowing any html language. It has a bit
of a learning curve involved but seems to
be a good program. That being said, I
think that if I were you and wanting to
get some ecommerce going that I would
consider signing up with a hosting company
that offers website templates that you can
use to get online pretty quickly. Try
godaddy.com for starters...Very
affordable and doesn't seem to have any
down time that I have noticed. Google:
"web hosting ecommerce templates"
for lots of choices!!
