every time my virus guard disabled in service why is that

A couple of things may have happened. the system could have bocome infected with a virus which is now preventing the AV software from running. This is not unusual. OR, possibly some part of the AV software has become corrpted and causing the service to crash.

I would urge you to run an oline scan from these sites:-
Free Virus Scan - Kaspersky Lab
Trend Micro HouseCall - Free Online Virus and Spyware Scan - Trend Micro UK
Free online antivirus. Download ActiveScan 2.0 and clean your PC. Panda Security

These will only scan, they will not clean the system but at least they will show whether an infection is there or not.

download a free virus scanner like AVG, and run it to find the virus.
