Lightbulb Questions of Anitvirus & Spyware

1) I was reading some post in here, and I thought it was OK to run 2 anti-spyware/anti-trojan programs at the same time, is it OK? I know you CAN NOT have 2 firewalls or 2 antivirus programs. But I have been running a couple antispyware programs at the same time.
2) What is the difference between ESET NOD32 antivirus software and ESET antivirus software? (I Google and I came up with 2 different companies, I think)
3) How can one find out if the Microsoft Recovery Console is installed?
Thank you in advance!

Personally I wouldn't run two anti-spyware apps at the same time for the same reason that you don't run two AV programs. They'll both be using up lots of system resources and slowing the system down and they probably cause other probs too.

Get a good AV package in the first place. Many of the purchased ones such as Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky etc etc include:

AV
Firewall
Spam filtering
Anti-intrusion
Malware/spyware detection.

Go to ESET - Antivirus Software with Spyware and Malware Protection to get full details of their NOD32 package.

To check if 'System Restore' is turned on open Control Panel ->System and click on the 'System Restore' tab.

Microsoft Recovery Console is accessed by booting the system from a Windows install CD and choosing to go into Recovery from their.

the best for protect your computer is install one antivirus and apply firewall.
Because if you install 2 antivirus, it would make crash system and not protect the system.
