My Friends Comp. Lets start with a Hi Jack this log. Runs HORRIBLY SLOW, many error messages. LAG LAG LAG. This could take some time.

Why no awnser?

log looks good, what is slow on the computer? What are the specs of the computer? Have you tried to defrag the machine? If not that would be the 2nd thing I would do after doing a check disk on the drive to do this:

1. Click on start
2. Type CMD
3. Push Enter
4. At command prompt type the following: chkdsk /f
5. Push Enter
6. Select Yes to run test on next restart.
7. Restart the computer

If there are any errors it will fix them, pay attention to make sure there are not bad sectors, this will be displayed for a short moment when the test completes before booting into Windows.

Once this is done, go ahead and run a disk cleanup:

1. Click on start
2. Click on all programs
3. Click on accessories
4. Click on the system tools folder
5. Select Disk Cleanup

Once this has been completed you'll want to run a defrag on it.

Follow the above directions and just choose defrag instead of the disk clean up. Give that a shot and let us know if that helps any
