Ive encountered a pretty wierd well, dont know what it is, computer is clean from spyware but other then that I dont know.
Thing is with "most" of the .exe files when I press them they randomly shut down, allways different % of either install or loading.

I.e when I start the world of warcraft patcher its downloaded and when starting to install it randomly shuts down, same goes for trying to install the burning crusade (expansion) , randomly shuts down or dont load at all.

Tried a new virusprogram, but wasnt able to install that either. So after a full computerscan i am totally out of ideas.

Sometimes it's like its shutting down explorer for background only but it isnt cause when it pops up approx 3sec later all programs are still runing.

Anyone experienced this or know what it is / solution, please let me know, its getting kind of enoying.

Have you tried running a virus scan online?

Also since this seemed to happen after installing that update, you might want to do a system restore before this installed to see if that helps.

nope havent tried that, got anyone to suggest? my current non-online virus prog is McAfee. I will do that then, or ill try and just clean my C: disk out and see if that helps. Its been a while anyway so. Just interest in what it could be so I learn about it if people ask me sometime.
