problem- hyperterm into Cisco consoloe port
I am trying to connect into a Cisco router with a Win XP Pro notebook via hyperterm.exe
I checked the console cable and it is secure.
I get a blank white screen on hyperterminal. The only characters I can enter appears to be ANSI code. I have attempted changing the fonts.
